I want you to shine, Jesus says. You make Me glorious when you illuminate the world I came to save. It’s My purity in you that makes you pure. It’s My blood that makes you spotless. I won’t let the devil take away your shine. Glow and radiate the way I designed you to.
“For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,
and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not be quiet,
until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
and her salvation as a burning torch.” Isaiah 62:1
Jesus fights for your purity.
He does not sit back and passively allow attacks on your purity come against you. “I will not keep quiet,” God says. He raises His voice and declares how righteous He made you.
God does not want your glory to be covered up. He wants it to shine forth in brightness.
Speak up about the light of God. God speaks up about His light on you. He silences the devil and persists in His words of justice over you.
God avenges His Beloved until her purity is restored.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10
Jesus answers this prayer for purity every time.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” Matthew 5:8
Jesus promises you will see Him face to face.
God needs the nations to see your righteousness. Everyone connected to Jesus in relationship is pure. He wants the world to see how you shine in purity from being attached to Him, your awe-inspiring King. His purity makes you pure.
“The nations shall see your righteousness,
and all the kings your glory,
and you shall be called by a new name
that the mouth of the Lord will give.” Isaiah 62:2
Jesus bestows a new name upon you that overrules the enemy. It comes from God’s mouth alone. He partners with you to showcase His glory through you so that His pure light is multiplied in the earth.
Glow in love with Him. Live in the purity He gave you and sustains in you. He alone makes you pure.
Pure and holy beloveds of The King, you will be beautiful forever.
“You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord,
and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.” Isaiah 62:3
God blesses you with beauty and royalty at the same time.
You were made to beautify the world because of God’s personal involvement in your life. His light shines on us when we are in His presence and thus it shines everywhere we go.
Do you want the light of God’s love? Then give in to His love. Let Him hold you close and call you by the identity He says you are. You cannot shine God’s light if you still see yourself as less than beautiful. We must let go of how we see ourselves and start seeing ourselves how God sees us. More than beautiful. Dazzling. Splendid. Radiant. Illustrious. Captivating.

but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her,
and your land Married;
for the Lord delights in you,
