In the book of Esther, King Ahasueras searches for a Queen. He falls in love with Esther.

Of all the women, Esther is the only one who chose to see the king without wearing the jewels and lavish clothes she could have worn. Esther asks for nothing.

“When the turn came for Esther the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her as his own daughter, to go in to the king, she asked for nothing except what Hegai the king’s eunuch, who had charge of the women, advised. Now Esther was winning favor in the eyes of all who saw her.“ Esther‬ ‭2‬:‭15‬

Esther’s greatest desire was to please the King, not to get any gold. So, if she had to enter his bedside with nothing on, she was willing to. The King chose her that very night.

”The king loved Esther more than all the women, and she won grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.“ Esther‬ ‭2‬:‭17‬ ‭

Esther shared her heart, mind, body and soul with the king and asked for nothing else. She won his heart and trust. She exposed who she was, which is what he desired.

”My dove, my perfect one, is the only one, the only one of her mother, pure to her who bore her. The young women saw her and called her blessed; the queens and concubines also, and they praised her.“ Song of Solomon‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬

Find your Queen.
Crown your Queen.
Listen to your Queen.
Trust your Queen.‭

The king’s happiness in his bride provoked him to bless the whole Kingdom.

”Then the king gave a great feast for all his officials and servants; it was Esther’s feast. He also granted a remission of taxes to the provinces and gave gifts with royal generosity.“
‭Esther‬ ‭2‬:‭18‬ ‭

A royal King gives worth and dignity to his Queen.

”The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.“ Proverbs‬ ‭31‬:‭11‬ ‭
