Supernatural Strength

The universe rests on His shoulders with ease and poise. The galaxies combust at His Word with lightning and supernovas. The oceans split as His hands cup the waters with peace and calm. The earth completes its rotation around the sun as His eyes steer with commitment and resolve. God is the strongest.

“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of His glory He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being.” Ephesians 3:14-16

Strength exists as a cherished gift from God’s Kingdom. Strength is considered a rich and glorious resource. Let God impart His strength into you. Then, you are resilient. This strength seeps down into your core, in your “inner being” so that you operate with supernatural power.

Supernatural strength resides in the Almighty. With Him inside you, endless strength is at your disposal.

“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Jesus carries strength. Impartations of His strength funnel into you from the supernatural connection of His Spirit infused in yours. With Jesus, you are strong.

“I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

Who strengthens you?

Jesus strengthens you.

“The Sovereign LORD is my strength; He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, He enables me to tread on the heights.” Habakkuk 3:19

You ascend higher with God’s strength than your own.

“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.” Ephesians 6:10

Jesus strengthens your heart, soul, mind, body, spirit. He supports every aspect of who you are with devoted loyalty.

“But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong.” 1 Corinthians 1:27

Strength without God is not strength. Scripture makes it clear God shows up on behalf of those who appear weak and He makes them strong and indomitable. Thus, strength is given to those who trust God.

“God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:28-31

God is so strong he can take anyone and make them great, valiant, strong, esteemed.

“For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” 2 Corinthians 12:10

God’s strength shows up when you are persecuted. God shows up in bold moves to save you and guard you, which proves to everyone you have a higher power source. A higher strength source. A higher God. Jesus is the God who gives you strength. Then, everyone sees how great God is as a result. So He gets glory and others get saved. God wants to show His strength in you so that you understand what He is capable of in your life.

We gain strength in seeking the Lord every day.

“O Lord, in Your strength the king rejoices, and in Your salvation how greatly he exults!” Psalm 21:1

Spiritual strength comes from intimate connection with the God who loves you and pours into you daily. Thus, you are able to do all things, just as Philippians 4:13 says.

Remember who you are. Strong. Powerful. Unshakeable. Victorious.

“Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His presence continually!” 1 Chronicles 16:11

in the light of grace

stand powerful

in the face of war

in the face of battle

in the face of testing
