Part 5

Jesus’ blood makes you immortal. Death is not death for the one who follows Jesus. We rise to life.

When I fell in love and died for love, it led me into yet another mission of love. I fell in love again. And now I know what it feels like to be in love with two people and to have to give my life for both. What I find is that love reawakens us because we have eternal life from Jesus. This is the testimony.

“This is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.” 1 John‬ ‭5‬:‭11‬ ‭

We are immortal because of Jesus. We live forever with infinite life. ✨

God knows what He is doing in your life story and He orchestrated the details according to where you are.

Following Jesus with your whole heart attracts spiritual warfare. It does not eliminate temptation. Those who love God must experience testing just as Jesus did on earth. But God gives you the victory as you trust in Him.

In Job 1-2, God allows Satan to test and afflict Job. People are not Satan. God allows Satan to bring afflictions into Job’s life to show Satan that Job would still love God despite all the calamities that came into his life.

“Then Job answered the Lord and said: “I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.” Job‬ ‭42‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭

God wants to see you with resilient faith. He wants Satan to see your resilient faith. He wants you to see your resilient faith.

People in your life may not understand what God is doing. Pray for them. This delights God’s heart because He is merciful.

Job’s friends did not understand his misfortune because they did not know God’s purpose.

“The Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.” 
‭‭Job‬ ‭42‬:‭10‬ ‭

Job received more blessings from the Lord than before because He kept loving God. He did not listen to others’ curses of God. This revealed the authenticity of His faith.

Look to Jesus’ eyes and trust in His love for you. Shine forever with eternal life. Eternal life makes us immortal.
