We worship the King of Heaven in every place and in every arena. We do not worship others gods. What can other gods do to satisfy the soul? Our souls are satisfied in His presence. Our hearts awaken from His goodness.

You prove the evidence of your love when your love is put to the test. When your love is threatened. When your love goes through fire. 

In Daniel 3, three men prove their love for God when thrown into the fire by King Nebuchadnezzar. They would not bow down to his gods because they knew their God was the only God.

“Therefore at that time certain Chaldeans came forward and maliciously accused the Jews.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭8‬ ‭

The Chaldeans accused the Jews because they did not like that they remained true to their God. So, they used their faith against them and attempted to have the men removed. But it didn’t work.

Satan may accuse you, but God protects you.

“You, O king, have made a decree that everyone who hears the sound of the horn, pipe, lyre, trigon, harp, dulcimer, bagpipe, and all kinds of music is to fall down and worship the golden image. Whoever does not fall down and worship shall be thrown into the midst of a furnace of blazing fire.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭

What they did not know is God is stronger than fire. God is higher than fire. God will not be defeated by anybody.

“If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭

No one can come against God’s anointed. 

“And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell bound into the burning fiery furnace.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬

When you keep loving God in the fire, He shows up with you.

“He answered and said, “But I see four men unbound, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭3‬:‭25‬

The Lord shows up in fiery trials. He loves rescue you and show His strength. Fires and threats only make Him shine more. 

Jesus can take the heat and so can we. Nothing kills God’s anointed.
