Part 3

We were made to worship and our heart finds its resting place as we worship Jesus. Jesus is worthy of worship. Jesus desires our love.

In Matthew 15, a woman finds Jesus and desires His help. Moreover, she lavishes Him with worship because she knows He is worthy.

“But she came and worshiped Him, pleading again, “Lord, help me!”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭15‬:‭25‬ ‭

Jesus loves her persistence to not take no for an answer. She keeps asking, pleading and worshiping with love for Him. She believes only He can save her daughter.

Jesus calls her “dear” because of her worship.

God wants to bless you with terms of endearment and epithets of love. 

Jesus answers her, while acknowledging her faith in His power.

“Dear woman,” Jesus said to her, “your faith is great. Your request is granted.” And her daughter was instantly healed.”

Show Jesus you love Him and that you won’t give up on trusting in Him. God wants your love. God wants your devotion. God wants your worship no matter what your circumstances look like.

Give all to worship Jesus.
