Faithful Forever

Faithful is the way the sun rises at dawn. Faithful is the way the stars glimmer at night. Faithful is the melody that plays His love song over you. Faithful is the synergy of His Holy Spirit in yours. Jesus is faithful to you. Always faithful to you. Faithful love adorns the heart of God for all of eternity.

Rose petals freely bloom from flowers planted and watered from the rain of His own sovereignty. He makes it rain because of His mercy towards the earth.

“So that you may be sons of your Father who is in Heaven. For He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:45

All people feel the mercies of His provision. Life on earth is sustained by the breath of His mouth and the power of His might. What could make you doubt His love? This kind of love does not wane nor fade easily. It could not and will not grow cold flippantly. Jesus’ love remains fiery and passionate forever. Remember His love for you, Beloved. Extravagant, jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring love is His forever.

“For the Word of the Lord is upright, and all His work is done in faithfulness.” Psalm 33:4

God works faithfully. Steadily. Reliably. All for you… the one He loves.

Jesus is a faithful God. We see this in how He ministered to the people He taught and healed in the gospels.

“But now even more the report about Him went abroad, and great crowds gathered to hear Him and to be healed of their infirmities. But He would withdraw to desolate places and pray.” Luke 5:15-16

No matter how long Jesus worked, He was faithful to withdraw and spend time alone in prayer.

Jesus was faithful to spend time alone for His own replenishment and spiritual vitality. He needed this in order to be faithful to the people He came to love and heal. Faithfulness permeates every area of Jesus’ life because He is a faithful God.

Faithfulness permeates every area of His life because He is a faithful God.

Love remains forever.

God will always be captivated by you.

“He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:24

Just minutes prior to Jesus stepping away to withdraw, He had healed a man of leprosy.

“While He was in one of the cities, there came a man full of leprosy. And when he saw Jesus, he fell on his face and begged him, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.” And Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, “I will; be clean.” And immediately the leprosy left him.” Luke 5:12-13

The man believed Jesus was faithful to His Word of healing. So He implores Jesus with these words: “if you will.”

Jesus is faithful to heal the man by saying “I will.”

Bring your hesitation to Jesus and He will give you a guarantee.

Jesus always wants to heal you when you ask Him. Jesus always wants to love you when you ask Him. Jesus always wants to spend time with you when you ask Him, for He sent the Holy Spirit to be with us.

God’s love is timeless. Sacred. Unending. Truly infinite.

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

faithful love

faithful love

woo us with

Your faithful love

that holds us

like ocean holds the sea

Your love O God

is the love we seek

“But I will not remove from Him My steadfast love or be false to My faithfulness.” Psalm 89:33

God is truthful when He promises He is faithful.
