Volcanic lava bubbles under the surface of a volcano ready to explode. “Blast!” sounds the steam of water vapor. “Roar!” echoes the rock rolling down the side. Pressure builds. Heat rises. Lava boils. The earth splinters as lava bursts like molten glitter showering the hemisphere with gummy fiery gel. God is not shaken by it. He knew it would burst. He knew it would rupture. He knew the earth would break and release the magma boiling under the surface.

God sees everything. Knows everything. Rules everything. The earth may explode from the pressure heat creates, but God won’t. God makes fireworks from the wonders of earth’s creation. He is the One igniting the earth.

“Who is like you, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, awesome in glorious deeds, doing wonders?” Exodus 15:11

Jesus thrives under pressure. Because nothing is too much pressure for Him. He owns pressure. He is Lord over pressure. He is not affected by pressure. God operates according to His divine essence of vitality and supremacy. Vivacious life cannot be overwhelmed nor stressed. God is always in control.

“The whole earth will acknowledge the Lord and return to Him. All the families of the nations will bow down before Him. For royal power belongs to the Lord. He rules all the nations.” Psalm 22:28

Surrender your life to the God who thrives under pressure. With Him, you cannot lose. He wins every battle. He achieves every victory.

Jesus experienced the pressure of saying yes to the cross. But He trailblazed through it anyways, because Jesus does not cave under pressure. He wins under pressure. The cross wins.

“Father, if You are willing, please take this cup of suffering away from Me. Yet I want Your will to be done, not Mine.” Luke 22:42

Jesus saved you for eternal life because He was willing to do what no one else could do. He is worthy of our devotion. He proved His love is strong enough to endure anything for His Beloved.

“Then an angel from Heaven appeared and strengthened Him.” Luke 22:43

Angels give strength to those who say yes to God’s mission.

Jesus gives eternal life to those who say yes to Him as Lord.

Jesus knows you can do anything with Him in your life. This is why He wants you to stay connected to Him forever. He empowers you. No other power in the universe can empower you like Jesus Christ. He is the King of the all.

“I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit.” Ephesians 3:16

His Holy Spirit gives you power on the inside. You need the Holy Spirit to experience the richness of connection with Jesus Christ in your life.

God’s love flows to you from Heaven by His Spirit.

“Our children will also serve Him. Future generations will hear about the wonders of the Lord. His righteous acts will be told to those not yet born. They will hear about everything He has done.” Psalm 22:30-31
