Give All

Rose petals rain from the stratosphere where cumulonimbus clouds float like lilacs in a pool of blush aloe. Dark chocolate wafts from the vapor at this altitude where rain prepares to shower the earth like cucumber melon. The sun peaks through the clouds en route to its setting destination and its rising destination simultaneously. East and West hemispheres salute its transition. The King upholds His place as God.

“Give your love to Me,” He says through the winds of desert torrents. “You belong to Me,” He says through the piercing light of Heaven.

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:4-5

Alive with God. Synergy flashes through the heartbeat like the chroma of celestial technicolor. Eyes open to the universe surrounding, like an earthquake splitting the earth’s crust in ripples. Ears open to the Spirit’s impartations reverberating from the ground up. God’s love awakens you.

Great love abounds in His wellspring of eternal existence. Endless joy delights His face. Brightened eyes infuse our eyes with heightened awareness of the spiritual realm. His grace sustains our life, to exist alongside Him in His Kingdom.

Give all your love to God. He knows what to do with it. He never wastes it. He never denies it because He craves it night and day, ever awaiting your embrace.

“I love the way your song praises Me,” His Spirit speaks. “Love Me recklessly.”

“Let us go out early to the vineyards
and see whether the vines have budded,
whether the grape blossoms have opened
and the pomegranates are in bloom.
There I will give you my love.
The mandrakes give forth fragrance.” Song of Solomon 7:12-13

Make plans to give God your love and lead Him where you want it.

“It goes down smoothly for my beloved, gliding over lips and teeth.” Song of Solomon 7:9

God wants your juice.

“I would give you spiced wine to drink, the juice of my pomegranate.” Song of Solomon 8:1

When the juices of love flow, passion is ripe for the tasting.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” Deuteronomy 6:5

Love Him with all of your energy. Daringly. Fiercely. Rigorously. Passionately.

“How beautiful are your feet in sandals,
    O noble daughter!
Your rounded thighs are like jewels,
the work of a master hand.” Song of Solomon 7:1

God loves your feet. Make haste to Him.

“And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” Romans 10:15

Preach the good news about Jesus by giving Him your love and showing love to His people. Love changes the heart. Love impacts the heart. Love nurtures the heart. Love heals the heart. Love displaces emptiness and fills your heart and soul with satisfaction. So, never stop giving your love to Him.

Giving love satisfies you on the inside.

You bless your own essence when you overflow with love.

“In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how He himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” Acts 20:35

Jesus taught His disciples that their work for Him would never be wasted. They gave all they were to the mission of saving lives. And it came back to bless them over time. What you give for the Kingdom of God always blesses. Living with this mindsight also removes the self from our own self-seeking goals. When we give to others, we become more selfless. We see others needs before our own. We seek to help others before we help ourselves. We want others to be taken care of before we do so for ourselves. This is the love that changes the world. Selfless love.

Selfless love restores your heart with joy and removes discouragement. This is why it is so important to live with a mindset of giving instead of receiving.

Give and you live joyfully.

Take and you live discontent.

God wants us to be givers.

Givers experience more pleasure because they have made it their pleasure to give to others, and this act of giving never has to stop. Thus, the giver keeps on giving and thus, the giver keeps on experiencing pleasure.

“Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:68

with all You are, Jesus

we want You with us

ever present, Jesus

Your generosity blesses you in return. If you want provision given from God, bless others whether you are in plenty or in lack.

To give all is to invest in God.

Invest in God and receive all you need.

Generosity marks the identity of a lover of Jesus. His love becomes a part of you and all you want to do is give. God welcomes your love because He gave you life to do so. He favors you with blessing to love Him. He sets you apart with holiness to love Him. He marks you as His own.

Give your love to God…

…and experience a higher love altogether.

“And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”

Luke 10:27
