Hallelujah sounds the angels singing glory to The King. Cacophonic blessings chime the seraphim blasting triumphs to their God. Zion reverberates instrumental peals, cantillates alarming shrills, vexes demonic quills arousing for battle against His Greatness. Heaven wars with vociferation. Clanging symbols, splitting windmills, bursting tree hills while New Heaven dawns. The earth ruptures at the sounds of Heaven’s warriors. New Heaven anchors at the truth of God’s preeminence.
“He said to me: “It is done. I Am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life.” Revelation 21:6
God covers the breadth of life and chronology. From the genesis to the finality, He endures from eternity and beyond.
The all-powerful God hovers in close to His Beloved. Confidently. Brazenly. Audaciously. Fiercely.
Hear the music of His love.
“He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I Am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.” Revelation 22:20-21
The denouement of God’s final act on the earth ends with the revelation of His grace.
The prelude to the eternal mystery of His nearness begins with His inventions.
“He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then He said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5
God’s words resonate with innate truth. Every falsity is eradicated with the installation of New Heaven. There, the light of God shines like the sun and His people shine in reflection of His glory attributed to them as consequence. It is the consequence of His love… eternal life, happiness, bliss, joy, wonder. Divine alchemy of cosmic sensations. The government of God will be perfect and liberating, established by light.
“For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on His shoulders. And He will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6
“He rules the world with truth and grace, and makes the nations prove the glory of His righteousness and wonders of His love,” sings ‘Joy to The World.’
God knows the truth of His identity. And He does not need us to prove it. He proves it. He shows it. He demonstrates His reign and rule by being God and no one and nothing can take away that supremacy.
God was making it known that He would send His son to be the Savior of the world, who would initiate a government in Heaven for His people in perfect harmony.
Isaiah 9:6 was a revelation to the people when Isaiah pronounced this prophecy. All throughout scripture Heaven sings of Jesus’ worth and identity as God. When He shows up, He proves His identity as Messiah because of His fulfillment of scriptures.
Jesus lives to war off the enemy so that you can live in peace with Him, with Heaven’s melodies ever-present all around you.
Jesus lives to reign as King and run the universe so you can live as His Beloved, glorified into perfect beauty from His own image on you.
“You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.” Psalm 139
To be known by this God who has His own imprint of radiance on you… Jesus is the One who deserves to be your King, and hold you for Himself. He discerns everything within you and sings His symphony of love to you day and night…
I love you, Jesus sings from Heaven…
You are My Beloved, Jesus woos from Heaven…
You captivate Me with passionate love, Jesus serenades from Heaven…
I love to love you in a trillion plus ways, Jesus echoes from Heaven…
My angels war for you with fiery supernatural strength, Jesus romances from Heaven…
Jesus’ song never ends… His voice plays in the moonlight and sunlight and midnight and morning light dawning on the horizon of a celestial, exquisite orb of eternal phosphorescence.
“For the Lord your God is living among you.
He is a mighty savior.
He will take delight in you with gladness.
With his love, he will calm all your fears.
He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17
Jesus lives among you, with you, close to you, beside you. He always has been this kind of God. He was a Savior before He showed up to die on the cross for humanity and He is a Savior forevermore. He likes to take delight in you. He likes to ease your stresses and sing lullabies over you as the One who runs the show.
The God who is full of awe and horrific glory, whose very presence incites demons to splatter on the floor and thunder to roar with darkened monsoons in terror of His supremacy asserting His authority over the earth, inspires fear to honor Him… yet He stoops low and says “Do not be afraid, Beloved. This is the great paradox of Jesus’ love and glory. God the King and God the lover. He never harms His Beloved. He never bars His Beloved from coming close. It would be strange if God were not intimidating and grandiose. He is God after all. But to know Him is to know His intimate love and affection… no fear or trepidation in your relationship with Him. This is the great delight of being loved by the Most High God. The only God of the universe He made.
God is the pursuer.
God is the Savior.
God is the Warrior.
God is the Redeemer.
Listen to Him sing over and over again…
God is a singer, for everything He says is a song of epic love notes sounding out on a lyrical keyboard His hands orchestrate, with a poem His mouth initiates, and a romance His Heavens ingratiate into your heart and soul. Listen to the melodies of His essence pouring forth in a peaceful aura of power and bliss simultaneously.
