The wind sweeps through the desert air… Your spirit looms around me here. Lord, You come upon us and never leave… be the torrents that drench us like an ocean’s breeze… drizzling the waters You created to sing… You’re beautiful.

Winds of life… waters of love… waters that fall upon us like kisses from above.

It’s You I long for, Lord… nothing compares to the closeness of knowing You more… feeling You more… hearing You more… let this world pass away. Where the earth fades to dust and the Heavens invade… like a hurricane sweeping us up with You.

It’s a moment that’s ever moving… timeless and transcendent of a clock where minutes pass.

It’s a day that bleeds into infinity where my life is the gift I give you forever and eternally lasts… the day never stops shining. Because it won’t. It can’t. It’s never ending light from the Son who makes all things new and ignited with life.

Come again, Lord… our souls in anticipation for You… ever awaiting You.

Like the parable of the field the man bought to never lose… a treasure is rare and the treasure is You.

Jesus, You’re beauty outshines every star… surpasses all awe and transcends every thought. And to think that You say… we’re Your treasures. How could I not give my heart to You.
