PART 2 OF 3.
Jesus faced the pain of betrayal for you. Choose who you want to be: For Jesus or against Jesus
“While He was still speaking, there came a crowd, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him, but Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Son of Man with a kiss?” Luke 22:47-48
Jesus sees through the hearts of man. Jesus knew Judas would betray Him. Jesus knew Peter would deny Him. There is a difference between betrayal and denial. One is rooted in evil and one is rooted in fear. Jesus restores Peter not Judas
“Jesus said, “But from now on the Son of Man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God.” Luke 22:69
Jesus is King over a broken humanity. Jesus is the only hope for humanity.
Jesus knows who He is. Do you?
Jesus is the One who loves you. Jesus humbled Himself to die on the cross in order to pay for the sins of all mankind. Now He is exalted above every other Name.
“And being found in human form, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in Heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:8-1
Jesus wins because He is The One true God.
Jesus’ love for you is that strong.
