Part 5

Be confident in God’s light upon you! Don’t hide it. Your glow needs to stand out.

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬-‭15‬

God wants you to shine!

Your light helps others see God‘s love for them.

Your light is too bright for you to be invisible. You did not slip in unnoticed. The world needs to see who you are because your shine radiates the beauty of a glorious Creator.

Remember who you are. Jesus tells you who you are in Matthew 5:13-16.

You are the salt of the earth.
You are the light of the world.

God shines with love and speaks with love. How you speak to people reveals your connection to God or lack there of. Learn to speak like Jesus, seasoned with salt.

Jesus said… “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored?” Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬ ‭

Jesus needs you to speak with the preservative of salt on your lips. Preserve relationships. Preserve souls.

“Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.” Colossians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬ ‭
