Part 3

Love Jesus and do it again. Hope in Jesus and do it again. Keep risking it all, keep giving it all, keep running after Jesus again and again.

Love with Jesus is requires perseverance. Jesus’ love is always consistent. Be confident in Jesus’ anointing on you and be bold for Him.

In Luke 5, Jesus tells Simon Peter to fish again even though Simon had toiled all night and caught no fish. But at Jesus’ command, He acts. He casts the net again.

“And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬

Peter becomes fearful in Jesus’ presence at the sight of the miracle. Get away from me, Jesus, Peter says. I’m not worthy of you, Jesus! Peter exclaims. But Jesus chooses Him and recruits Him to be on His team.

Jesus tells you who you are.

You are perfect for Jesus’ team when you trust Him as Lord.

Jesus could trust Simon Peter because Peter had already shown great tenacity in fishing again and again. So Jesus chooses him.

Your perseverance attracts God’s heart.

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬ ‭

Invite Jesus into your life and He makes miracles happen.

“Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men.” So when they had brought their boats to land, they left everything and followed Him.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭

Love will make you leave everything behind for Jesus.
