Part 2

Jesus wants you to know Him and spend time with Him for daily nourishment. Jesus is the bread of life! We need His bread everyday!

“For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” They said to Him, “Sir, give us this bread always.” Jesus said to them, “I Am the bread of life; whoever comes to Me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in Me shall never thirst.” 
‭‭John‬ ‭6‬:‭33‬-‭35‬ ‭

God’s greatest commandment is to love Him and love people. His love is the key to understanding Him and His Word.

In Hosea, God says… “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” in Hosea‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬. So He beckons them to return to Him and renew their vows. Thus they must speak what they know is true… that God is their one true God. 

Without knowledge of God, which comes through love, we cannot speak about Him. Without knowledge of the Bible, we cannot share it.

Learn about God’s love through His Word and be empowered to share what you know about Him. 

“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” Proverbs‬ ‭2‬:‭6‬ ‭

Knowledge by itself cannot give us what we seek. It’s when you get to know Jesus personally that you find Him. 

“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬ ‭

When you seek Jesus with all your heart you naturally get to know Him more.

Jesus wants us to know Him. Then we don’t have to search outside of Him to find answers. We can go straight to Him and He tells us.

Matthew 22:37 says, “Jesus replied: “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’”
