Revelations of God

Revelations of God slice through the atmosphere of chronology and breadth, landing in the waterfalls of spiritual perception. God reveals Himself in the whispers of spiritual impartations and combustions of Kingdom truth. Jesus shows His presence in the way He interacts with His Beloved and discloses His self and essence. Jesus is always showing us who He is.

Jesus has a way of doing things. Let yourself align with His way and give in to the process of His story’s unfolding. The universe is His abstract made reality. Everything He envisions has a purpose and exists with accuracy and exaction.

“While Jesus’ disciples were talking about what had happened, Jesus appeared and greeted them. They were frightened and terrified because they thought they were seeing a ghost.” Luke 36:37

Ghostlike. Apparition-reminiscent. Terrifyingly ghastly. Frighteningly hypnotic. Enchantingly coruscating. The entrancing inveiglement was real. Standing front of them. Very alive. Fully dynamic.

The resurrected Jesus showed up gloriously.

You take a deep breath of reprieve when Jesus shows up. You cease worrying over what’s-now when your destiny of future-hope is encroaching. Jesus wanted to reveal Himself to the disciples surprisingly. Keep this anticipation of God’s ever-active presence. Receive Jesus how He chooses to show up to you.

“But Jesus said, “Why are you so frightened? Why do you doubt? 39 Look at My hands and My feet and see who I Am! Touch Me and find out for yourselves. Ghosts don’t have flesh and bones as you see I have.” Luke 24:38-39

Jesus reveals Himself for you to get close to Him. He incites interaction when He shows up, not distant spectating. “Touch Me,” He says. “See for yourselves I am real,” He says. You can touch God by the power of the Holy Spirit in you as He touches you with His ever-alert spirit. He always knows what you are thinking because He is omniscient – He knows everything.

“Ghosts don’t have flesh,” He tells the disciples. Ghosts cannot feel what humans feel. So even though Jesus appeared to be ghostlike and intangible, He was actually physically present. His flesh and bones prove it. God has flesh just like we do. God has a heart just like we do. God will never treat you like a ghost.

God’s Holy Spirit is completely, vibrantly alive and moving with passion and power.

Jesus reveals Himself through the Holy Spirit.

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.” 1 Corinthians 6:19

God reveals Himself by the Holy Spirit in order to give you the Holy Spirit inside you.

What God does, you can do.

Jesus, the Son of God, empowers you.

God speaks, moves, acts, sings, dances, heals, and emulates God’s heart.

Dance with God by the Spirit of His own identity within you. Delight in the joy of being connected to Him in the ways He has chosen. Sing to God with the happiness of His love for you. Speak the manifestations of His Spirit.

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” 2 Corinthians 3:17

God reveals Himself by His Holy Spirit now so that He can reveal Himself fully to us in Heaven. We will have began our relationship with Him. Then we can see Him and be with Him as our heart as inclined to desire.

Until Jesus comes back, God reveals Himself to us however He wants to because He is God. He reveals Himself by the Holy Spirit because we are in a sin-laden earth and were separated from on-earth walking with God when Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden. So, we need the Holy Spirit.

“There an angel of the Lord appeared to him from a burning bush. Moses saw that the bush was on fire, but it was not burning up.” Exodus 3:2

“וַיֵּרָ֠א מַלְאַ֨ךְ יְהֹוָ֥ה אֵלָ֛יו בְּלַבַּת־אֵ֖שׁ מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַסְּנֶ֑ה וַיַּ֗רְא וְהִנֵּ֤ה הַסְּנֶה֙ בֹּעֵ֣ר בָּאֵ֔שׁ וְהַסְּנֶ֖ה אֵינֶ֥נּוּ אֻכָּֽל” (Exodus 3:2 in Hebrew)

God has been revealing Himself in supernatural ways from the beginning. He uses angels. He uses us. He uses anything that receives His Holy Spirit as a conduit of His presence to go forth.

Jesus also chooses when and where He appears, and how He appears. Jesus chose to appear on the earth in a time where there was no technology nor cameras to capture His face for the history books. He chose to reveal Himself by His legacy. What He did, said, taught. Who He was. That IS the picture. More than that, you are the picture of Jesus to a world looking for His love.

“Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:27

You reflect Jesus.

You show Jesus.

You reveal Jesus when His Spirit is moving through you to illuminate His substance.

“But the Holy Spirit will come and help you, because the Father will send the Spirit to take My place. The Spirit will teach you everything and will remind you of what I said while I was with you.” John 14:26

God always has conduits of His presence operating on the earth.

Jesus falls in love with you the more you receive Him as He chooses to reveal Himself to you. Revel in the gift of being intertwined with Jesus. Bask in the satisfaction of being accepted by the One true King.

Jesus knows all of you. Why would you hold back from revealing all of yourself to Jesus? The One who reveals His identity wants to be in communion with you.

“And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.” 1 Corinthians 2:13

The Holy Spirit leads you in every way, unveiling the beauty of Jesus, the beauty of God, the beauty of the King. Let Jesus show you who He is how He wants to and fall more in love with your perfect God.
