Warrior Princess

I hear Your voice in the stillness… and my soul knows the kindness that always finds me. It’s Your heart. Your pure and perfect heart. I see You in the calmness… and my mind knows You’re for me because You’re warring for me. It’s your Kingdom way. How You love me… how You guide me… how You know me… how You hold me as Your own.

God loves to feel You close to Him.

He loves to shower You with His song over you.

You are His royalty…

Claim your royal heritage.

“But as for me, the nearness of God is my good.” Psalm 73:28

A few days ago Jesus did something so beautiful. He always does but there are moments where His Spirit touches me in a way that metaporphozies me. I love how He speaks… I heard the Lord tell me not to play music because He wanted me to spend time with just Him and He wanted to kiss me all over. I love music… but God needed to show me somethng without it on this day. I love how intentional and passionate our God is. He knows how to speak to us specifically according to what we need. Later I saw nicks and cuts all over my legs and blood was flowing. I didn’t know it was there because I didn’t feel the cuts. I asked God, I thought You said You were going to kiss me all over?

He said I did… and my kisses never hurt…

Then I saw a vision of Jesus on His throne in Heaven and He came close to me… He was kissing a place on my body where the cut was. Then with His mouth He pulled a bullet out of my skin. I didn’t know it was there… I said. Jesus said, I know… I’ve trained you to be so resilient you don’t even feel it when the enemy attacks you. You always keep loving strong. Living joyful. You’re my warrior. But you’re also My princess and I won’t let My beautiful princess walk around with bullets in her skin.

He said, My kisses heal every shot they tried to take at you thinking they’d kill you… but they failed. You are covered in My blood. My precious blood. You are invincible, forever My love.

My heart melted with Him right there…

Jesus’ love renews your body. Renews your soul. Renews your heart. Renews your spirit.

Jesus’ kisses extract the bullets of darkness… empowering you His Kingdom warrior forever.

Do not fear, dearly loved ones…

God kisses you too… with His love… with His healing… with His protection over you… with His purpose in mind just for you that He made you for. To serve His Kingdom.

God says… “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their vindication is from Me,” declares the LORD.” Isaiah 54:17

Thank you for Your heritage, Jesus. Your inheritance of lovingkindness and Your presence of passionate love here with me now and always. It’s mine forever… always will be.

God loves you and covers you… rest in His Son’s blood.

Do you know you are Kingdom equity? And the Kingdom of God is lavishly valuable. That means God places a high value on who you are… so high that He decided to sacrifice His very life to ensure you would be with Him forever.

Jesus is a Warrior King. And thus He commissions us to be warriors for His Kingdom. The Kingdom of a different paradigm than what the world operates according to. His Kingdom is of hope and love. Peace and good. Laughter and enjoyment of the blessings He gives. This life is only a short moment in time, but it’s a meaninful moment in time where we give our lives in service of something greater than us. So that His love may be taken to all.

Love pours out the most when holy blood is flowing.

When sacrifice has been given.

The blood was flowing as I felt His kisses on my skin, the holy perfect blood of Jesus that purged from His perfect body so that my body could also be perfect and held in His arms forever. He loves to hold me… He loves to love me… He loves to call me His… He loves to protect me… He loves to heal me so He can send me out again to do His work and accomplish His missions.

Do you know He loves you? Choose to walk in this identity forever. The identity of who Jesus calls you…

He died

so you could walk freely

He loved

so you could shine gleaming

He healed

so you could heal the world

around you

let it astound you

in grace

let it ground you

in faith

be the cord of strength

reminding swords

surrounding

they don’t have to be drawn anymore

God is our Father

we’re on the same team

A warrior princess…

That’s who I am.

A warrior King…

That’s who the Lord is.

“The Lord is a warrior;
The Lord is His name.” Exodus 15:13

Do you know who you are?

Jesus does…❤️

Let God define you.

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” 1 Peter 2:9

God’s warriors proclaim the Kingdom of Heaven.

They communicate an order of love that transcends the order of the law. They release a decree of love and mercy because of His own kindness to save us first out of darkness… and now He uses us to bring others into the light.

How did God bring you out of darkness?

Use that story to proclaim the excellencies of God.

Being chosen means being open about your story of God’s redemption… so that it will highlight the beauty of a Loving God.

Joseph’s story is open before us in the Bible. A story of the greatest miracle of God but it came through an unlikely method.

I see Joseph, the father of Jesus when he heard from the angel that Mary was pregnant and with a holy child. It didn’t make sense and rightly so… how could something so pure be placed into their lives with the stigma of something so impure. It left him in the dark… and Joseph had to make a choice if He was going to trust God with how God was giving them this blessing even in the appearance of it, or if he was going to turn his back on Mary and not trust what God said.

Can you imagine being Joseph?

He would have to walk around town with his fiance and her baby bump, knowing he wasn’t the Father.

Are you confident enough in what God gives you to walk freely in this blessing even if it looks wrong and confusing to others?

God gave you a miracle… don’t let it be tainted by others’ opinions.

Kingdom warriors carry what Jesus gives them to carry regardless of the appearance.

God is not concerned with what it looks like. He is concerned with what it IS. And Mary’s womb was 100% pure. God was not afraid of the people’s judgment of her. What they thought about it didn’t define who He was nor did it define who she was.

God defines you…

God saw Mary as His beloved.

Mary is never once recorded in the Bible saying how she feared her reputation as a result of carrying the Messiah. She knows the truth… she knows where the baby came from… and other people’s opinion does not change her joyfulness in that. Instead, she glories in the miracle of it.

And Mary said:

“My soul glorifies the Lord
47     and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48 for He has been mindful
of the humble state of His servant.
From now on all generations will call me blessed,
49     for the Mighty One has done great things for me—
    holy is His name.
50 His mercy extends to those who fear Him,
    from generation to generation.
51 He has performed mighty deeds with His arm;
he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.
52 He has brought down rulers from their thrones
but has lifted up the humble.
53 He has filled the hungry with good things
but has sent the rich away empty.
54 He has helped His servant Israel,
    remembering to be merciful
55 to Abraham and His descendants forever,
just as He promised our ancestors.” Luke 1:46-55

Mary remains a warrior princess.

God’s love marked her… His kisses adorning her and she welcomed every part of the story of God’s Messiah.

Her Kingdom focus outweighed the cultural framework.

You are God’s warrior… let His use you to carry the Son of God and His love to the world.

When you carry the Messiah, it will affect the lives of those close to you. Joseph had to decide how he would handle this situation. And if He believed Mary. At first, this is a struggle for him…

Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly. 20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.” Matthew 1:19-21

I love how God shows up to Joseph with an angel through the dream and He doesn’t even ask Joseph why he doubts Mary. He already knows why. And He knows Joseph is afraid right now… what is happening is so different but when God shows up, it’s always different. Because God is God. He does things how He wants to. His ways are higher than our ways. But he wants Joseph to carry this miracle too… and to do so freely.

So he says “do not be afraid to take Mary home…” in verse 20.

If the angel addresses this as the primary focus of his verbage, then we know this was Joseph’s primary apprehension.

Joseph was afraid to take her home… because taking home infidelity meant dishonor for him. But God makes it clear that Mary is hosting the Holy Spirit of God in her. It is not infidelity. This was enough to reaffirm Joseph’s confidence in Mary. The woman he chose from the beginning and wanted to spend his life with. Now that he has God’s approval, it completely changed Joseph’s mindset. This tells me he loves the Lord, because He obeys Him when He hears Him.

“When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife.” Matthew 1:24

Joseph always wanted to take Mary home… He just needed to know God approved it.

That dream was enough to confirm Joseph’s clarity in the Lord’s word. After considering all that had happened, Joseph chose by faith to trust the Lord and what was spoken to him through the angel.

God’s approval is the only approval you need.

Joseph followed the voice of the Lord over the voice of fear.

Joseph is a Kingdom warrior.

Because He chooses to believe God is the author of this story. He remains faithful to Mary. He takes care of her. He showers her with love and respect and dignity. He honors the word of the Lord.

Kingdom warriors obey the word of the Lord.

Thus, they carry the most powerful changing agent in the world.

A royal warrior is who God designs you to be when you choose Him as Lord. It ushers you into The Kingdom of Heaven, where the Lord is in charge and every ordinace comes from a good Father who loves His children and takes care of them in graciousness and tenderness. You possess power beyond you… when Jesus chooses you.

“Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me. O LORD, what is man that you care for him, the son of man that you think of him?” Psalm 144:1-2

He knows how to navigate us through the trials of life. He knows how to prepare us and train us for the obstacles ahead. And often, the obstacle itself is the training. Imagine what persecution Mary and Jospeh would face for the rest of their lives parenting the Son of God… the spiritual warfare would undoubtedly be intense. If they could not handle the initial testing of carrying a child that appeared before marriage and the stigma of being misunderstood and disbelieved, then they would also not be able to handle the rest of their years carrying this child who was anointed.

God teaches them to abandon what people think about them, because that in itself is the training needed to have the strength necessary for being a parent of the Messiah.

Your difficult seasons prepare you with resilience needed as a Kingdom warrior.

Don’t despite the obstacle. You will arise as a higher level warrior once you go through it and overcome it. The weaknesses and struggles in the middle of it don’t keep you from victory. It’s all a part of the intensity of its rigor. Channeling your supernatural power to start activating more and more. If it was easy, you wouldn’t need God. That’s the point.

God wants us to learn how to rely on Him as our source and our affirmer. Not to rely on ourselves or others. God shows His great power and glory that He would ask us to step into missions that He know will be difficult for us but He has grace for us in that.

Mary relied on the Lord to affirm who she was. And thus, she decides to call herself “blessed” in Luke 1:48, despite what it may look like to others.

Choose to say…

I am blessed by what You did, Lord.

I an strong for what You did, Lord.

I am wise because of what You did, Lord.

I am powerful in what You did, Lord.

God’s glory is seen when we partner with God.

Mary and Joseph partnered with God in receiving His Messiah and the accompanying pressures it would bring.

I’m reminded of another person in the Bible who partnered with God in carrying the Messiah and the accompanying pressures it brought, but for different reasons.

The apostle Paul’s difficulty described in 2 Corinthians does not come from an angel of the Lord implanting something, but rather from something that was already residing within him. A “thorn in the flesh.”

Paul was a Kingdom warrior, pioneering the gospel for Jesus. But he speaks of a weakness he experienced along the way and how God touches this place in his life to transform it through grace. Paul wanted God to take it away but God would not do it…

God said to Paul… “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

God works His power through us when we are weak.

He chose a young girl to host a holy, high King in her womb.

He chose a vulnerable man to host a Risen Christ in his heart.

God will choose you… to host His Messiah inside of you. To carry His gospel of salvation to every precious person He created to have a relationship with Him. And what makes you weak or vulnerable will not stop that empowerment in you… if you want Him to be Lord.

Obedience to the Lord along the way generates your strength.

Mary obeyed the Lord.

Joseph obeyed the Lord.

Paul obeyed the Lord.

Even in the midst of their vulnerabilities…

Paul would experience the power of God to fill him and perfect this part of his life so that He would overcome. You will overcome. And you will be stronger for it.

God wants to be made glorious in this. So He greatly wants to partner with us in where we are weak so He can provoke us to greater faith and freedom from the self, and life in the Spirit. Joseph liberated himself when he chose to believe God’s word. So did Paul.

God wants to tag-team with us, making us better as He ministers alongside us. It’s so beautiful… the way Jesus loves to take care of our weaknesses. He tends to us and heals us and then we’re all renewed to keep going again. He continually does this throughout our lives. Thank You, Jesus for doing what needed to be done in my heart every step of the way. And using me to change lives through Your plan.

I love that you let me be weak because it made me strong.

I love that you let me be weak because it made me perfect. It made me powerful. Aware of my humanity, and wiser in Your divinity.

Power is made perfect in weakness…” verse 9 says of 2 Corinthians.

Dependency on God channels warrior fuel.

It’s when we think we are already powerful without God that we miss out on our supernatural capacity rising in us, for fighting for the Kingdom of Heaven to land on earth. It’s when we think we don’t have any weaknesses that we miss out on His supernatural power to heal the broken places in our lives, elevating us to greater victory over what used to plague us.

I’m better now… because You weren’t intimidated by my weakness. You saw it. And you used it to touch the ones who needed to be touched. You used it to grow me and show me how to love and when to use my power in its right context.

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

I choose to live for Jesus… my warrior King.

Strength arises when you see the attacks of the enemy don’t stop you nor remove you from God’s mission. It only advances His purpose. It gives you more strategy. More insight. More wisdom. More insider-knowledge into how to love and intercede. God is for you if you would see it…

Choose to not see any one person as an enemy. Spirits of darkness are the enemy. Satan is the enemy. But people are not the enemy. They are souls given the same life opportunity as everyone and God has grace on each person to live life and decide if they want Jesus or not. Choose to love every person as the dignified existence of life that God delighted to create.

Our hearts soften when we choose to see others for their dignity and not their frailty.

let Him love you

He sees you

and He saw what happened

let Him love you

He knows you

and He’s not disappointed

let Him love you

He crowns you with His own crown

clothes you in His own robe

adorns you with His own ring

let Him love you

the God of everything

let Him love you

God loves you…

God is faithful to the one who trusts in Him and His steadfast love.

“And just as my Father has granted me a Kingdom, I now grant you the right to eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom.” Luke 22:29-30

You are His Kingdom warrior!

Kingdom warriors are given a seat at the table.

Kingdom warriors feast on the riches of God.

You earned a place to dine with Him at His table. How?… Simply because He chose you… that is the earning barometer. You are His. No changes will be made in your name written in the book of life glowing in the light of His Heavenly gates. Let His love carry you onward.

Kingdom warriors love first and don’t seek vengeance.

Grace marks the path because they have been given much… so they love much… and they war only to save, not to harm.

Live according to love and don’t retaliate. Let God be your vindicator. Let God fight your battles. He is the greatest warrior and He has a purpose in mind for you… Let Him speak His Kingdom purpose over you… and He does so through an intimate relationship with Him by His Son Jesus. Intimacy with God.

Kingdom warriors war only for God’s purposes according to His love.

Kingdom warriors don’t fight back, they stand strong.

“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” Ephesians 6:11

When God anoints you as His Kingdom warrior, the devil puts a bounty on you. He knows how powerful and anointed you are, and He wants to stop you. We must learn how to stand against the temptations and attacks that come our way.

We must learn how to hear the voice of truth on the battlefield.

Don’t let the voice of Satan undermine the Kingdom power God gave you to walk in freely by His blood. You are too precious for that. Turn up the volume on Jesus’ voice.

Condemnation is from the devil.

Quarreling is from the devil.

Backbiting is from the devil.

Keep the door shut on the devil.

But keep your heart tender towards His people. That will alleviate the human urge to fight back. How would Jesus love that person? That is a good rule-of-thumb question to ask.

Kingdom warriors keep their heart open and connected to Jesus.

Kisses come from Heaven when we pursue that posture of intimacy with the Lord in relationship.

Don’t allow anyone into the throne room of your intimacy with God.

“But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” Matthew 6:6

We need one on one time with the Lord, where no distractions are present. No noise. No tasks. No nothing. Just you and Him. THAT IS THE POWER SPOT. You can only hear the Spirit of God when you make room for just you and the Spirit of God. I want Your Spirit, Lord to reveal to me everything you want to say to me and show me.

When you allow that intimacy to flourish in your heart, Jesus will unleash so much more…

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” 2 Corinthinas 3:17

So much freedom exists in the place of intimacy between you and the Lord. His Spirit has blown me away so many times with how He speaks, how He shows me who He is, what He does, how He answers prayer, how He moves on my behalf, how He literally does His job of being God. Even when I make mistakes, He is so patient and gracious. He doesn’t force me into change. He lets me charge ahead then experience what that choice leads to, so that I can learn by experience and actually want to do it differently. We need to learn by experience. And I love that I get to have a relationship with God that gives me the freedom to do that, without condemnation. It’s a more sustainable way of fostering spiritual growth… this thing called free will. God knows I that as choose I Him, it is my own choice and that means something to Him.

Be free to enjoy your love relationship with the Lord.

This is a safe place to be who you are with Him. And be strengthened and refined by Him because He loves you.

Warriors allow God to sharpen them so that they are more effective in sharing the gospel.

That relationship is the foundation.

“And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” Mark 12:30

Warriors prioritize their love relationship with Jesus first.

Key word: love.

Missions must be centered in love.

Love is the most important ingredient, fueling us to function from God’s heart and for His Kingdom. Because love is what move souls. Love is what breaks chains and stirs the whirlwinds so that cold hards can be softened to love again. To feel again. To see again. To know God really does care for them more than they realize. And the only way you can channel this kind of Heaven love is to have a higher source… God’s source.

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners” Isaiah 61:1

Spend time with Jesus and you will be ready for what He has for you to carry, speak and release.

Kingdom Warriors give their lives for the Kingdom of Jesus.

Kingdom Warriors are protected by the blood of Jesus.

“In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Romans 8:37

God will use your love to set the prisoners free… the ones held in captivity… God will use your heart to reveal His glorious heart of love for His people.

Rely on His anointing. Minister according to His Spirit and not anyone else’s. His Spirit is the Spirit of truth. And there is no other God besides Him. Close the door on distraction and the Holy Spirit will speak to you.
