Perfect love ever endures for the lover of its soul.

“Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud.” 1 Corinthians 13:4

Love waits for its lover’s nearness. Love waits for its lover’s voice. Oh, that we would hear the sound of God’s voice resonating like angels of Zion’s zeal. His voice sparks supernovas. His voice heals over and over. His voice moves our soul with constant wonder.

Speak to us Jesus…

Patience beautifies God’s soul. It accentuates the urgency of Heaven to come to earth like sun and moon accentuate the day and night. Miracles happen at the right time.

Patience purifies the intentions of love. A love that can wait is a love is a love that will remain. God stays in love with His bride because He is patient to wait on her in every season. He is patient to adore her no matter the ups and downs. He is patient to win her and not become discouraged by her wanderings. He is patient to woo her and captivate her like no one else can.

Love is patient… It purifies the urges of impulsivity to consider the long-term goal of its intent.

Love is kind… It fosters the sparks of intimacy in moments both deserving and undeserving.

Patience covers its lover because patience is willing to endure the drought and famine. Patience is willing to intercede.

Love sings over you everyday. Love melts for you in the tundra’s snow-covered forest. Love burns for you in the freezing surge of wintry wind. Love twirls for you in the bliss of captivation.

“If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. ² If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. ³ If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:1-3

Love makes life worth living.
