Faith Up

Faith up. Rise up. Show up. Soar up high above the earth’s crust where hope dances in the hands of God. It’s here above the world you find a God superceding every thought and every question. His presence surpasses every mountain and penetrates every ocean. His heart is deep as the deepest sea and high in love as the highest galaxies. This is the God whom we believe in. The God who reigns all supreme and totally sovereign. Jesus Christ reigns as King.

“I Am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for Me?” Jeremiah 32:27

Your faith needs you to take flight.

“Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and even though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.” 1 Peter 1:8-9

Miracles await those who live in confident faith.

Your miracle is easy for the God who rules the universe. He has the appointed time already set and finished. God exists outside of time.

Revelation 13:8 says Jesus is “the Lamb who was slain from the foundation of the world.” He knew what He was doing when He created us, the earth, the times, the seasons. It had already been premeditated and prestrategized before we ever came into existence. Jesus already died and rose again. The earth had been formed and redeemed to wholeness again. God exists outside of time. He made time. He owns time. He tames time. He makes time bend anyway He wants it to. He is in control of everything. Still, He gives us free will to live and breathe in the earth He made for us to enjoy. He is a good God. Our one true God. Our close and present God.

Who else would we go to but God?

There is no other god to move on your behalf besides Jesus Christ.

Don’t listen to voices that oppose Jesus Christ, for they also oppose Jesus’ spirit in you.

“For You are the Lord Most High over all the earth; You are exalted far above all gods.” Psalm 97:9

You can attempt to go to another false god but it won’t talk back and it won’t breathe back. Other gods and idols are dead. Worthless. Unable to do a thing. No one is God except for Jesus. He will be exalted as God above all. He is the one we entrust our lives to and our hopes to. 

Is there a hope in your life non-existent? God wants to provide for that. He is high above it and He sees exactly what is going on. He knows what to do. He is the miracle worker.

I know what you’re thinking… You have been waiting so long, you wonder if it’s meant to happen for you. It is, beloved. Sometimes the biggest miracles require the longest waiting.

Abraham waited decades for a son. But God did what God said He’d do. Now, Abraham is called “Father of many nations” in Genesis 17:5. Again, this promise was given to Abraham outside of its time. In other words, Abraham was not yet a father when he was anointed as “Father of many.” How would he be able to fit that role of “father of many” when he was not yet even “father of one?” This is how God works. He is incredibly high above us and His mighty ways fit the paradigm of Heaven, not earth. In Heaven’s eyes, it made perfect sense. 100%. To Abraham, it was confusing. But Abraham received it anyways and moved on the word of God like Yahweh asked Him to. Abraham activated his faith in God even before he saw the results of His faith. 

We must step out in the direction of what God spoke long before it ever happens. Get moving. Get going. Work your way towards it, because it is going to happen, and you need to be headed where God said to be headed if you want to align with it. 

God knows the angst of your waiting. But He would rather handle the discomfort of seeing you be in angst than to give you a lesser provision that won’t accomplish a supernatural miracle. I don’t know about you, but I want my miracle. I want God’s provision. I want what God has and what God promised, no matter how long it takes.

Abraham waited and he received his son, Isaac. He also received the blessing of the mantle he carried as the Father of Israel. Do you want the blessing of God’s mantle meant for you? Wait for it. It’s coming. 

Favor rests on those who must wait for God’s miracle.

Faith is an action verb. A continuous action of trusting in the God of all mankind: Jesus Christ.

Your miracle awaits the activation of your faith.

“But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.” James 1:6

We don’t have time for doubt.

Destiny is at stake.

Faith up, man of God!

Faith up, woman of God!

It’s time to take action!

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” James 1:22

You’re a doer.

You know how to get things done.

God’s Word says have faith.

“Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20

Jesus says… your words hold power.

“You can say..” is what Jesus indicates in thsi verse. “You can say to this mountain…” He clarifies. 

How do you speak to your mountains? 

Do you let them defeat you or do you rise up in victory?

We must faith up and speak up.

Whatever is blocking you from moving forward is a mountain. You must overcome it and silence it.

Your words do something in activating your miracle. You must hone that posture of victory in order to speak with a confidence of faith. 

It’s not only about mental faith, it’s about an attitude of faith. When you have an attitude of faith, you see everything as subject to God and every fear, doubt and angst as subject to you. You have power over every mountain. Speak to it and watch it crumble as the waterfalls of His love rises to meet you there. You need a posture of faith. Zealous faith. Fierce faith. Tenacious faith. Wont-take-no-for-an-answer faith. Jesus does not take no for an answer. He makes the answers and he calls the shots. Trust Him with your life. The one who knows how to lead it. He’s got you… and He loves you… let Your love wash over us Jesus as we delight in Your love for us. 

God can be trusted. So expect your miracle.

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”

Ephesians 3:20-21
